Production of photovoltaic modules run on automated technological line with a production capacity of 70 MW panels a year. Production includes all stages of the process: loading glass, stringing cells, lamination, assembly aluminum frame, junction box, testing and packaging. In the production process special attention to preserve the purity and control of environmental conditions, most of the work is automated, among others, the use of industrial robots and machines controlled by vision systems. The cells are connected to each other by soldering in the technology of infrared radiation. One of the key elements of the line to ensure high quality product systems are automated optical inspection, where each cell is subjected to a control surface condition, geometry and microcracks. In the final stage of the production module is subjected to a continuous series of tests solar cell simulator. In this way, combined quality control of the testing and work for the efficiency of the module.
